Léa Urzel Francil

Léa Urzel Francil has been a PhD candidate within the ERC DANCING project. She holds an LL.B. from the University of Nantes, studied European and International Law at the University of Helsinki and completed an LL.M. in International and Comparative Disability Law and Policy at NUI Galway. Her PhD research focused on the disability dimension of cultural production in the European Union. It aimed to investigate the extent to which participation of persons with disabilities in cultural production processes is protected and promoted, and how disability features in cultural products and services.
